SHIRT AUTHENTICITY AND CONDITION

At kitkulture, our main goal is to offer authentic vintage items, if you come across any errors or have concerns about the legitimacy of our shirts, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Kindly note that all the shirts are pre-owned unless specified otherwise, and may show slight signs of wear, many products are likely to have some superficial marks due to age but this is not factored into descriptions. We strive to accurately describe all of our products, but occasionally there may be small oversights. Shirt is appraised for the exterior only and for authenticity of tags.

RETURNS

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you to the best of our ability under the provided conditions:

1.) You contact kitkulture and start the return process within 14 days of receiving your purchase, the returned items must be posted within 14 days of getting approval for the return. The items should be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as they were when you received them. We reserve the right to refuse or reduce refunds, if an item is returned in a condition that is worse than described at the time of purchase. Additionally returns are only granted when the condition of the shirt upon receipt differs from the description given on site. 

2.) kitkulture will provide a solution as quickly as possible, which may include one of the following options:

• a full refund for the shirt if the reason for return is considered legitimate and the item is returned and signed for upon receipt. The sender is responsible for paying the return postage, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• kitkulture will grant a partial refund for the shirt(s) ordered, as long as the reason for the refund is considered genuine
• prior to the return of a shirt(s) you must contact kitkulture before preparing to dispatch the parcel to us. Returns sent without first liaising with us first may be voided. This is of upmost importance for international orders

Please be aware that kitkulture will not issue refunds for shipping costs, unless other wise agreed upon.

If the tags have been removed (if applicable), shirts cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

kitkulture cannot be held accountable for after sale age related developments such as peeling of motifs or numbers once the tags are removed (if applicable), or parcels that have been stolen after postal service has marked them as delivered.

Allow for a maximum processing time of 48 hours to fulfil your order and make it ready for sending. We offer shipping worldwide but shipping times may vary.

PAYMENT METHODS

We provide the option to pay using most major credit and debit cards as well as Apple pay, Google pay and other digital methods (note they are reprocessed by said 3rd parties)

Your payment information is securely protected and not visible to us for the sake of safeguarding your privacy. In the event of a refund, it will always be issued using the same method of payment you used for purchasing the items.
